Silent product videos underperform

You spend twenty minutes on a keyframe animation, export a crisp 4K clip, post it, and it plays next to content that has been scored, mixed, and mastered. A silent product video reads as unfinished, even when the visuals are great. The usual fix is dropping your export into a video editor just to lay a track under it, which means finding music you are legally allowed to use, trimming it, fading it, and re-exporting. For a 10 second clip.

That whole detour is now gone. Music lives directly in Mokkit's timeline.

A curated, copyright-free library

The music menu sits in the playback bar of the animation timeline. Pick a track and it previews in perfect sync with your composition: play, scrub, loop, it all stays locked to the playhead. A mute toggle keeps your editing session quiet without affecting the export.

Every track is copyright-free and cleared for commercial use, with the attribution shown right in the menu. Moods range from punchy, big-launch energy to lofi and chill, so there is something for a feature announcement and something for a calm walkthrough.

Ending fades

A track that cuts off mid-beat ruins the ending. Next to the playback controls you will find two ending fades: fade the music out over the last two seconds, and fade the whole video to black over the last second. Toggle either one and the timeline shows exactly where the fade lands. They preview live, so what you scrub is what you export.

Full fidelity, no re-encoding tricks

The audio is muxed into the export itself. MP4 exports carry the original AAC stream bit-for-bit, and WebM exports, including transparent ones, get a clean Opus encode. Music works at every resolution and frame rate Mokkit supports, up to 4K at 60fps. If a track ever fails to load during an export, the video still completes and tells you it went out silent, so an export never breaks because of audio.

How to use it

• Open the animation timeline and build your keyframes as usual.
• Click the music button in the playback bar and pick a track.
• Toggle the ending fades if you want a soft landing.
• Export. The music ships inside the file, trimmed to your composition.
