These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mokkit website at https://mokkit.co ("Website") and the services provided by Mokkit. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Mokkit

Mokkit is a marketplace platform that connects indie app owners who want to sell sponsorship and ad spots with advertisers looking for authentic placements.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Data and Privacy

4. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

5. Subscription and Pass Terms

Existing subscriptions continue to bill and can be cancelled anytime through the billing portal.

Passes are one-time purchases, not recurring. A 12-month pass grants full access for 12 months from purchase. Buying another pass while one is active extends your access.

"Lifetime" means access to the current Mokkit feature set plus updates for the lifetime of the product. It is not a personal-lifetime guarantee and does not include separate future products.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the checkout currency.

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

7. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
